Registration fee
$75 CAD includes all learning & networking opportunities of the day, as well as lunch, coffee/tea, snacks and the option to stay for the post-conference social at the beautiful WhiteOaks Resort & Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Note: we recognize that not all organizations will have the financial means to send their team members to this conference. If registration cost is a barrier to attending, please email to let us know (info@workforcecollective.ca) before registering.
We also plan to coordinate on-site childminding for attendees with young children who may experience barriers to attending due to limited childcare. If needed, childminding would be offered at no extra cost.
Overnight accommodations
There are a limited number of hotel rooms available at the conference venue. Please book directly with White Oaks Resort & Spa or through your choice of hotel booking site.
A special group rate (for November 8th at $159 CAD per room per night) for the Growing Your Workforce conference is available through the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 500 York Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake. This is within a 5-minute drive of the host venue (White Oaks). Please reserve through 905-984-4200 or with the Booking link. The group booking code to provide is 90I, and if calling, please reference the “Growing Your Workforce conference” block. Rates are subject to applicable taxes, including the 13% HST, 3% municipal Accommodation tax, and 3.8% destination promotion fee (subject to change).
Room reservation cut-off is October 9th, 2023, after which the group rate will no longer be available.
