Workforce Planning West is comprised of the nine Workforce Planning Boards operating in the area between Lake Erie and Lake Huron in Ontario, Canada. Workforce Planning Boards gather intelligence about the supply of labour and the demand for workers within the local labour market.
While each member organization works within their own communities to mobilize action to address local workforce issues, we also work collaboratively across South West Ontario to address larger, regional workforce issues creating an extensive network for Workforce Planning West. This collaborative relationship allows us to span the range of our outreach from grassroots levels through to national and international connections with partnerships at all levels.
